HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Processing time for ready to wear wigs is 1-2 business days. Custom-order wigs is 3-6 business days. Shipping time is 3-7 business days. International shipping times estimate 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address. Orders in the US are shipped via USPS, International orders may ship with UPS or USPS. Customs is to be handled by the customer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to fully update.
All wig orders require the Wig Form to be filled out before your order is completed. The form can be found at the top of the site
Once USPS has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages. All packages are covered with shipping insurance and require a signature upon delivery.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?
Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the shipping company immediately if the item is damaged as we are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged goods
RETURNS & REFUNDS?
Due to the custom nature of the product, exchange and returns are not accepted. Sky hair co is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on the seller's behalf. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges and returns are not accepted. All wig units are non refundable.
